Fans have been waiting for quite
some time now for the brand new Acura NSX a state of the art hybrid car. Acura
confirms that release dates have been further delayed due to massive change in
Powertrain.
Earlier this year Honda confirmed
that Brand new Acura NSX was scheduled for delivery at year end whereas
recently Acura broke the news that delivery dates have been pushed from end of
2015 to
first quarter of 2016.

Acura’s representative Jessica Fini
confirmed that Acura half way into the development has now decided to switch
from a transverse-mounted, normally suctioned V-6 motor to a longitudinally mounted,
twin-turbocharged V-6 causing this major delay. This has recent change has
impacted Validation Testing higher than expected.
This year’s Pebble Beach
Concours d’Elegance held in California was the first platform where
Acura introduced Production version of this fascinating car. Company is
currently engaged in development of limited Acura NSX at Honda’s Performance
Manufacturing Center in Marysville, Ohio.
Further reports are that fans are
eagerly waiting for this release & Acura is confident that their Hybrid
baby which is expertly crafted with advanced level auto stamping dies to ensure sports structure beyond measures will surely live up to everyone’s expectations. Pricing has not been confirmed yet
but Acura says that initial price will be around 150 thousand dollars per unit.
